At Roger Smiles ALS, we partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment provider to create and ship your orders. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All products are made-to-order, which means production begins after you place your order. Processing time (the time it takes to create your item before shipping) typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the product and current production volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days after production
- Express Shipping (US): 2-3 business days after production (if available)
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We use flat-rate shipping provided by our fulfillment partner.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at rogersmiles.als@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at rogersmiles.als@gmail.com.
