REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Roger Smiles ALS, we want you to love your purchase! All of our products are made-to-order through our trusted fulfillment partner, which means each item is created especially for you after you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if there was an error in your order. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at rogersmiles.als@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and review your claim. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after you place your order, we can only cancel orders within a few hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at rogersmiles.als@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
